Thank you for visiting my webshop. If you have any questions or comments concerning an order, please feel free to contact me.

To purchase a product you can click on the ‘add to cart’ button. To view your shopping cart, click the ‘view cart’ button on the top of the page. Before the payment, you will be asked to fill in personal details that are necessary to finalize the order. After finalizing the order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 6 hours, please check the spam box or contact me. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on my webshop. If you place an order you automatically comply with the terms and conditions.

Delivery & Delivery time

All packages will be sent from Spain within 2 working days. If you live in Spain, you will probably receive your order within 3-5 working days (mon-fri). Orders placed outside Spain and inside Europe will likely take between 1 to 4 weeks. Orders placed outside Europe will approximately take 2 to 5 weeks. Please contact me if something went wrong with your order. All orders will be delivered by Correos. The costs of delivery will be added to your cart when finalizing your order.

Delivery costs

Shipping fee depends on the destination:
Spain: €5 (Barcelona customer pick up free of charge)
Europe: €7
International: €10

Cancellation & Returns

You can return your products within 2 weeks after purchase. Cat Leo can only accept undamaged products that have been sent in a strong packaging. The costs of returning an order, including a tracking code, will be on your behalf. Please contact me (hello@catleo.club) when you would like to return your order. When the package has not been sent yet, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of the costs. Please contact me when you want to cancel your order, or when you would like to make changes concerning your order.

Guarantee

Please check your order after receiving it, as it could have been damaged while shipping. If this is the case, please contact me within 1 week via email. You can attach 5 pictures of the damaged product and packaging material to my email hello@catleo.club. After receiving your email I will send the product again. These costs will be covered by Cat Leo.

Rights & Privacy

All rights of the products and illustrations purchased in the webshop belong to Cat Leo. Under no circumstances can these products be replicated or used for new products. When placing an order, you will be required to fill in your personal information. This information will only be used to process the order.
